Valentines Day 2010 Menu Glass of sparkling on arrival entree roasted tomato and caramelised leek tart with marinated fetta smoked ocean trout with kipfler potatoes, preserved lemon, cress and aioli pan roasted scallops rested on spiced avocado and finished with burnt lemon butter king prawn and mango salad tossed with mint, chilli, bean shoots and noodles main whole roasted mushrooms, topped with grilled asparagus, roasted capsicum and binnorie fetta pan roasted ocean trout with a sesame seed crust, on a salad of kipfler potato, roasted cherry tomato, shaved fennel and lemon duck confit on a mélange of chorizo, white beans, tomato and star anise in a red wine reduction roasted beef fillet wrapped in prosciutto, broccolini, baked ricotta and red wine jus dessert pear and berry crumble with vanilla anglaise and ice cream vanilla crème brulee, with a shot of coconut and kaffir lime sorbet and biscotti individual lemon meringue tart with burnt caramel ice cream and raspberry coulis warm chocolate pudding with chocolate sauce, praline ice cream and Persian fairy floss
